Sichuan International Studies University Project

After initial site selection, this project is to be located in Plot Ah20-01 in the Ah standard zone, adjacent to Uanda Cultural & Travelling Town and close to the Chongqing-Suining Expressway. It consists of two parts: International Business School (Hereinafter the Business School) of Sichuan International Studies University and Silk Road International Training Base (A tentative name, hereinafter the “Training Base”), with a net land area of about 263 mu (175,333 square meters) and with a capacity of holding 9,000 students, including 4,000 receiving academic education with record of formal schooling and 5,000 receiving vocational education. Total investment in the International Business School will amount to about CNY 400 million, with an overall floorage of about 92,500 square meters. Study is being made with respect to the construction scale and total investment of the Training Base.

Currently, negotiation on the cooperative agreement is being made with Macau San Fong Seng Group, the potential investor. Construction is expected to commence in 2017 and be completed at the end of 2018.
